My complaint:
So there were two unauthorized charges on my account because somebody used my debit card without my authorization and it was totally 200 and something dollars so they sent me the dispute form and on the dispute form it says you can send it to the mailing address or you can reply by the email I sent the email twice so it says on the 10th day is if they don’t decide a decision you are eligible for a provisional credit so today is the 11th day I called them and he said that they still haven’t made a decision yet and then he takes in the time but they said that they have not received the dispute form which is BS because I have proof that I sent it
Suggested solution:
By honoring their promise which was to issue provisional. Credit because I sent in what they wanted which I have proof
I’m having the same problem but they closed my account and I can’t even have access to my own money and I was told I have to wait for ten days I noticed 100 transactions that wasn’t me up to $4,236 was taken and for disputing the transactions I can’t even access my money and I need to survive and bills need to be paid I hate greendot they are hella whack..I have $44k and that’s all my money and they’re holding me back and making me hella pissed I don’t know what to do
