My complaint:
I bet called 40 times, originally card that had name on and mailed to was stolen out of mail box. Apparently women did not use card. When I found Shockley I called to see what balance was. It was bought in April 3 2021 only taken off it was these fees of $7.95 for each month. Available balance was $340.40 . When to use, card was declined. Balance still on there but can’t access it. Now more $7.95 have come off since then now $316.24. they keep telling me upload proof of identity. Have already done 3 times. Say going to call in 24 hours that was since November 5, 2021. Same message keeps getting sent to my email. I just want my available balance.

Send me new card with my remaining available balance on it
