My complaint:
I got no Utility bills or lease agreement.
I living with family currently.
I my tax lady open a account with turbo Tax and used her phone and address. She did try to take my tax return money. I contacted green dot jump through many hoops as well as file a police report.
I called green dot I mailed them a letter I emailed them a lot. They refuse to resolve my address issue and hold my money.
Suggested solution:
Accept photo ID and mail with the address like every one else does.
