My complaint:
I purchased a $100.00 gift card for my granddaughters graduation gift. On May 31st she told me that the full amount wasn’t on the card.
I filed a complaint in which I was told it would be about 7 days for them to research the transactions. I have made numerous calls to get this matter resolved. Then they told me I had to register the card. I did so online. Now after several more calls I am being told that I didn’t register it and that they can no longer research my dispute. WHAT?????
I am a senior and have limited funds, now I have to tell my granddaughter that I’ll have to save more money for her gift.
This company should be ashamed!!
Suggested solution:
They should send me a new card, one that hasn’t been used, in the amount of $100.00.
