My complaint:
This company is a scam. My information was changed without any notification to me. I’ve provided numerous emails and other documents to verify myself. 2 months and noting has changed. Every time I call I get the run around or passed on to the next person until someone hangs up on me. I just want my money. They keep sending my info to someone else. I don’t know what else to do.
Suggested solution:
Send me a refund check to my correct address. I no longer want to be a customer.
I am right there with you they have and are doing the same to me!
