My complaint:

A week ago my taxes were deposited into my turbo tax account and I sent my fiancé 2 transactions.. one of $1020 and another of $500 after I had sent the money they locked both mine and my finances account and we took further actions to unlock them and sent in our ID and for my fiancé it worked.. me on the other hand it did not. They won’t accept my ID where the addresses are different from just recently moving to California. I called and spoke to a supervisor who then told me to resubmit the Documents but to include my temporary license I have from the California DMV along with my WV license still nothing. I actually found out that he had given me the wrong email to send the documents in. So I had called again and spoke to another supervisor for them to keep giving me the run around about getting my money back. It’s been a week and I’m to the point of sueing if this issue isn’t resolved.
