My complaint:
I have banked with green Dot for 3 years now and I got 2 deposits yesterday from the SBA and green Dot rejected and sent it back. I called and spoke with 2 representative and a supervisor and all of them said they have no information why it was rejected since all the information was correct I am going to get evicted out of my business for not paying rent by Sept 1st. This is ridiculous. Now I have to wait 6 days for the money to reach the SBA and then wait for them to reissue to my regular bank I just opened up. This is crazy and I will never use green Dot again I needed this money and these people can’t tell me why they rejected it they don’t have any information how can u not know why deposits were rejected.
