My complaint:
So I was trying to login to my greendot app and suddenly I got a notification saying my account is locked !! I called their customer care line and I was asked to send my drivers license to a mail which I did immediately few hours later trying to check if anything has been done , I got a notification saying my account has been closed!!! What In the world is going on ???
Suggested solution:
Open my account back I’m not receiving money illegally!!!!
