My complaint:
I bought a card last year for 10$. Paid $4.95 to activate it. I was unaware that there was a 7.95 monthly service charge. I havent used it since July 26th,2019. I put money on the card yesterday to pay my phone bill and was told it would take 30 minutes to be put on the card. I called back and she told me that there was 79.50 taken off the top due to the 7.95 monthly fee i was unaware of. I want my 79.50 back and to deactivate this card!! I was told yesterday that they would reimburse the 79.50 and that it would take 24 hours to be put on the card. Now today when i called back and asked about why it wasnt put back on the card n was told they would not be able to reimburse the 79.50 because they cant. I just want the 79.50 back and then i want this card disconnected!!

They have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP ME!!
