Green Dot Bank complaint: Unacceptable customer service

My complaint:

I have been waiting for my green dot card to come via mail since February 2020.it is now June 21st 2020 and I have still not received my card. I’ve called at least 15 times to have a new card re issued after not receiving the card by the date I should have. I get the run around, put on hold and hung up on. I get blindly transferred. I’m extremely tired of giving out my personal information (ss dob adress) to not get any results or answers. I have 3 kids to feed and im out of work due to covid. I’m not understanding why it’s so hard to get MY money. I will NEVER use this service again.

Suggested solution:

I spoke to a customer service woman who said if I had a routing and account number for my previous greendot card, that she could transfer my funds from one card to the next. I did not have the information on hand so I called back and got someone else who clearly did not understand English very well nor spoke it. She blind transferred me and the 2and person who picked up listen to my issue and hung up on me. I still have not recieved my money.
