My complaint:
I was attempting to use my Greendot credit to pay balance on PayPal but pay pay does not accept this form of payment anymore. Any assistance on how I could receive credit on my card would be appreciated. Tried to get answers on line and on the phone but kept going around in circles. I hesitate to provide too much info. unless I am able to talk to a “legitimate person” with references. Thank you.
