My complaint:

Since you have the cards blocked right from the start it makes it so you can’t get through to talk to you. I tried to send my ID and when I entered my card number it didn’t know that card number. But yet I have an account set up on the app site. Well since you block the cards to make where we can’t do anything with them. I put this complaint. Com

Suggested solution:

I went and deposited money on there not knowing because it doesn't say anywhere to see that card has to be unblocked. I wish for you to transfer my money back into my account that it was sent from. I've had nothing but problems with your card from the start. That's saying that your not one to do business with.
