My complaint:

On September 3 2020 I paid rent and was accidentally charged twice. The manager then reversed one of the charges back to my account in the amount of $857.14. I have called green dot numerous times and I still do not have my money. I have been told a different story every single time I call I want my money back

Suggested solution:

Put my $857.14 back into my account
