My complaint:
I called the 866 number in the of the card concerning my direct deposit for my stimulas check I thought green dot deposits it early so I told the representative what was going on with my deposit cuz I got an email stating it was processing and wanted it to be available to me because I was on vacation and they blocked my card and account online not very professional at all what gives them the right to do this to me one representative badge number is 21660 please resolve this issue for me thank you

By telling there representative to be more professional and helpful to there green dot customers and to put my money that's due to me in my account
