Complaint: This is rediculous and I want my money back!

My complaint:

First, I’d like to start of by saying sorry for my attitude as I am very much irritated and upset with how this whole thing happened. So this all started when my card got delivered to the wrong house, so I cancelled my card and applied for a new one…. in during that time, my address and information wasn’t updated and as a result, this person got the 562.50 out of a local gas station ATM which I have verified that they have cameras!! So with my second dispute, I asked AGAIN for the total of 562.50… and then 200 was sent via my card to someone I have no idea who they are. I’ve sent police reports, I have sent over my phone bill to show I have no correlation with during the whole month of may and April to prove I don’t know who this person is. First I was supposed to hear from you guys Friday, now today…. and nothing. Every single one of your representatives say and tell me different things. I made my dispute on may the 18th and cancelled my card, so how did I get a email on the 19th at 2:04 in the morning stating my card had been unlocked? If it was reported stolen and none of this would have happened in the first place. I want my money and I think it’s so crappy that I have to wait to Another 10 days to get this check in the mail, and imagine this…. it HAS to get sent to the same address I’ve been having problems with! I need answers or I’m contacting an attorney. Period. I have all of our conversations recorded as well. I don’t know if you have been through idenity theft or not, but it’s time consuming and it freaking sucks! Please let me know how and when we can fix this or if I need to proceed with an attorney.
