My complaint:
I have written numerous Emails and have made phone calls their Resolution center. I keep getting the same message that Kylie would be calling me. Up to this point, I have not received any phone calls, letters or emails from them explaining why my account has been frozen since May! In am on disability and rely on that money each month.jc
Suggested solution:
Unlock my account so I can take out my money and put it somewhere else!
