My complaint:
Green dot closed my account with my money on it and says that they can not give me my money when they don’t d not have a right to close it while I was paying my bills I want my money
Suggested solution:
Give me my money open my card back up so I can get my money off or issue me a check for remaining balance
This has happened to us too
