My complaint:

I ordered a debit card May 19th. My unemployment funds are being deposited every Tuesday. They claimed they sent a debit card it has been past the nine days and they are refusing to transfer my funds to my other account so I can access my funds. I have a child and rent to pay. And bills. Please help ASAP

Suggested solution:

Transfer all my funds to my other account so I can take my funds to a real bank and pay my bills.
