My complaint:

I tried to use the green Bank app but it would not accept like Catholic so I tried to reset and it would not send me a code either to my phone or to my email after doing that 6 times find me and said to call the phone number on the back of the card I called customer service and I’ve been our home now for almost 2 hours and nobody has come to the phone I’m really beginning to believe this is the wrong Bank to put my money into as I can see they don’t care about us we just want to get our money
