My complaint:
Rep’s can’t answer my questions regarding cash back rewards. What they don’t know they often lie about or they hang up on you. I have been calling once a day since September 2, 2023 with a wait time of 40 minutes or more. Still I am unable to redeem my cash back rewards.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to redeem my rewards and stop claiming that it will be available in 48 hours.
