My complaint:

I have had a green dot card for years and recently, Well over a month ago they closed my account, the first lady I talked to took my information and said in 10 to 12 calander days I would receive a new card, that did not happen, so I called again and was told that I needed to send copy of ID, i did that, more than 5 times, each time they said it did not pass, I made sure no glare and everything they told me to do. The last time I sent it they said if I didn’t resend in 10 days they would close account, so I tried again and called again, account was closed, it hadn’t been 10 days. When I would call, it took forever to talk to someone then they would switch me over to fraud department, which was no help at all, I asked to speak to higher up, which of course she switched me to fraud department after telling her I just had been there. This is my payroll card and I haven’t been able to get my money in over 6 weeks. I need my money to live. Now they are telling me I have to wait another 60 days. They have been rude and not helpful at all. I cannot wait another 60 days, my bills are getting behind. This is no fault of mine, have no idea why this happened. Please help me get my money soon and a little compensation, this has stressed me out to the point I was sick.

Suggested solution:

Send me my money in way less than 60 days, already been waiting 6 weeks. And compensate me for all the trouble and stress they have caused on me.
