My complaint:
I’ve been waiting for a replacement card for 35 days. My social security was deposited into this account and I can’t pay my bills. I’ve called 26 times and have been told it’s on the way. I’ve even been given a fake tracking number. You can’t even be transferred to someone in the United States. All I get are lies. I want my money.
Suggested solution:
Send me a new card. I've had this account for over 10 years
