My complaint:
I received Pandemic Unemployment Assistances because my sons school closed. On June 23, 2020 they froze my account “after“ i received my deposit and my child support payment. All of my money i use on rent and necessities is not unavailable to me.
Suggested solution:
I’ve called and they won’t let me get through to an agent. I’ve sent messages via email and Facebook. There’s no one i can talk to and when i do contact someone on the phone under my previous credentials I’m told the department of unemployment is the one that froze my accounts which is not true I’ve gotten through to them multiple times.
