My complaint:
I was going food shopping on Tuesday June 23, 2020. When I went to pay my card did not work, I assumed I had just forgotten to move the money from the stashed. When i went to sign in i was told my account was closed. I called the card was told it was closed and that i would not be able to open another account with them. All my money was on that card I had no way to get food or even get home with my kids.
Suggested solution:
I just need my account back up or my money sent to another card. I don't know what can be done but I know I need my money as soon as possible.
