My complaint:
After doing business with Greendot for over 10 years off and on? They closed my account and stole my cash back money of $426. I was in my 8th month of earning cash back and can’t possibly reach the 12th month now that they closed my account.
Suggested solution:
Turn my card back on or in the alternative? Give me my cash back money.
