My complaint:
I provided proof of who I was on green dot, I sent copies ot my ID, that was a few weeks ago, today I woke up to my account closed and my whole unemployment check is gone and I can’t get in touch with any one via customer service, I can’t use my card, I can’t do anything including accessing my account otr money that was direct deposited yesterday.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back!!!! I have provided proof and everything is in my name. As well as my id. My direct deposits everythint is in my name. I got a lump sum payment for back unemployment, $6000 and i get a weekly payment which now i can no longet access because my account is closed and its saying i can never open another account
