My complaint:
I have no green. For more than a year I had on my check deposited on a GreenDot card from my company that work for they after my wallet was stolen from a vehicle break-in I just had a new GreenDot card my company I work for a deposited direct deposit my check on my GreenDot card just as several times over the past year as they normally done this time Green Dot wanted verification about who I want who I am with a picture of a picture ID I submitted the documents to Green. Every calling the company several times I mean how hung up on treated with disrespect and found no end to the problem green. I still failed to give me my money back or unlock my account
Suggested solution:
Let me back in my account let me get my money off of it and close the account and then go f themselves
