My complaint:

My card was stolen in LasVegas. I opened 2 disputes as I could only dispute the transaction that all ready posted in the first dispute. One of the disputes was approved the other on denied as they said it was me. The one approved was before the ones denied. I have filed a police report every time I call green dot I get put on hold for at least a hour.

Suggested solution:

Look into the the dispute that was filed I am sorry it takes longer then 2 hours to look into a dispute at least when it's on a sunday.

8 months ago - It gets better tried to call greendot today they get everything pulled up and the lady in the other end said sorry I cant hear you and hung up the phone. I will be talking to a lawyer today about this.
