My complaint:
I want to know why they RESTRICTED locked my account and I called 866-652-4611 to get the issues resolved and nobody answers the phone.
I have been trying to get ahold of greendot bank customer service and I have been trying for over a week now what can I do to get my account fixed and resolved.
UPDATE: 866-652-4611 seems to be a scam number
Suggested solution:
Answer the phone calls and let me talk with a live person and not listen to a recording about phone lines being full. And no way can they be busy 24hours a day 7 days a week.
Yes they’re awful. They leave on you behind forever just to tell you they can’t help you. Never again. I got a lawyer.
Hello! I was scammed m!! They approved my funds being returned to me after my account was hacked, and they closed my account! They told me they HAD to send a paper check and they couldn’t over night it & they could put it to where I would have to sign for it when the postal delivery dropped it off or even if I went into post office!!
