My complaint:
On September 21st I went to get my new debit card and just got it set up and I went and got burgers and paid for the cab and when I got back to my room I called to see how much money I had left and I found out that I only had $1.00 and that’s when I called Green Dot support and I had them block my account and the next day I called Green Dot support and they told me that they close my account and said that we’re going to mail me a check in 2 weeks now I called today and the lady says I have to fill out a dispute form in order to get my money back my $1, 560.00 so now that Green Dot bank has closed my account I’m not very happy.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back that I have no recollection of who the person is that took my money out of my account I didn't give my card out to nobody I had it in my pants the whole time I don't know how to get into my account I don't care I just want my money back I want my $1,560 back. Here is a copy of my driver's license.
