My complaint:
On or around sept. 22 2020 i stayed at the nugget casino hotel in sparks nv. The deposit was $100 that was fully refundable upon checkout. After talking with the nugget hotel aupervisor i was informed they released my deposit back to greendot on sept 23 at around 2:30a.m. i chatted on 2 different occasions with greendot and they said i would have to wait until October 4th because the funds have not been released. I called nugget again and the supervisor said yes they released them and if greendot needs any other documenta saying so then they would gladly fax over what they need. I called greendot this time and the 2nd time of calling i was able to get a supervisor on the line that told me no matter what i do or what the nugget does that i cant get my money back until october 6th now. They are denying me access to my funds and i am extremely frustrated at this point.
Suggested solution:
They could resolve this issue by releasing my $100 back to my account so i can access the money
