My complaint:

I closed an account with Green Dot Bank. After I did this, I had a kid’s sports vendor issue a refund to this account for a season cancellation due to covid-19. I have been in contact with Green Dot four times to get them to issue me a check for the balance. They keep saying that my mailing address is incomplete, even though I give them my correct address each time. My case number with them is 48169513

Suggested solution:

Refund the balance in my closed account. Send me a check for $190.00 to the address I've given you 4 times now!
