My complaint:
Greendot placed a restriction on my account claiming suspicious activity. They requested an upload of my identification card to remove the restriction. I have submitted my identification and Greendot has failed to respond or assist to remove the restriction. Customer service and Greendot chat are of no assistance. I have submitted my id several times and still there is no response. I want access to MY MONEY and greendot is not assissting.
Suggested solution:
Remove the restriction on my account. I want MY MONEY!
