My complaint:

Never received my advance refund card. Ordered new card and paid extra for expedited shipping. Contacted useless customer service both online and by phone. Green Dot has basically stolen MY money. The fake temp card is unusable and a scam. Completely useless customer service. I’ve filed complaints with BBB and the Federal Reserve.

Suggested solution:

Allow me to transfer MY MONEY to a real account. Get real customer services. Be shut down for fraud and theft of money from numerous accounts.
