My complaint:
I was banking with green dot bank and I decided to purchase some property from my friend Lori. I sent her a check and gave her permission to put her name in the payee slot to cash the check. Her bank refused the check and told me to file a complaint with green dot bank to get my money back so I did. I got the money back in the account but green dot has refused to give it back to me telling me they are sending it back to original sender and that I gave to contact them to get refund .
Suggested solution:
They need to give me my money back
