My complaint:
I filed a dispute on multiple charges that I did NOT authorize or make. I gave them all the information requested called and made a police report and everything still I am denied the total amount of money stolen from me is $1,087. I have a block on my account which after sending in copies of my ID TWICE over the last 2 months they still claim to never getteting the documents so now I can’t even get the rest of my money out of my account. How is this legal I disputed the FRAUDULENT charges and filed a POLICE REPORT ing those FRAUDULENT charges l. I can’t pay my bills or anything because green dot finds it funny to steal my remaining money and deny my dispute.
Suggested solution:
Approve my dispute and give me my money back please
