My complaint:
My card was hacked and green dot resolved the situation and refunded the money into my account. During the process they closed my account and said I could request the money mailed to me in a check. I have requested payment numerous times over the past 6 months, sent all the information requested, used the reference numbers and sent to the correct emails many times over with no response. In the meantime, they keep pulling out monthly fees.
Suggested solution:
I would like the remaining balance in my account sent to my mailing address.
