Green Dot Bank complaint: Green dot will not return money that was left in my account

My complaint:

Green dot froze my account that was in my name. I had one over payment from my mothers social security after her death. I was the payee on her account since her illness. I notified them of her death but they still sent one more payment. They notified Greendot and the blocked my account. I had $200 in the account. I need them to either pay social security or refund my money

Suggested solution:

I need MY money returned to me as they have stolen it.
