My complaint:
My account was hacked and my online credentials were changed I immediately contacted go2bank which is owned by green dot and told to close my account and submit identity verification my drivers license, utility bill as well as last 4 of the debit card and the money would be sent via check in three weeks it has been nearly 6 weeks and my money has not been returned to me I am ready to file a complaint with the federal reserve as well and file a lawsuit with a free lawyer who loves to sue green dot over their fraudulent services
Suggested solution:
They should send me my money NOW!!! This is ridiculous never ever use a online bank they’re trash!!!
