My complaint:
I had $404 sucked back into An ATM machine greendot and banke promised me and 10 business days they would credit me back my money if the investigation was not complete the other bank sent an email saying they have already credited back the money to green dot bank but Greendot banke is Saying They have not receive the money back now and has been almost 30 days I have had to borrow money to make my bills and the people on the phone never can tell me anything
Suggested solution:
It should not be hard to see the credit back from the other bank somebody is avoiding Doing the legwork and Green dot bank Broke the promise of crediting my account back in 10 days
