My complaint:
I was supposed to be receiving a provisional credit Friday May, 5 2023. Greendot informs me that the investigation would be extended beyond 10 days. The complaint was filed on 4-22-23. My dispute letter was received on May 2, 2023. Greendot is refusing to provide me with my provisional credit within the set Time limit
Suggested solution:
Request provisional credit immediately
