Green Dot Bank complaint: Cannot activate 2 different cards through app

My complaint:

I purchased 2 separate cards to place bets on the Derby, both loaded with 40.00 each at time of purchase.
I cannot get the cards set up on an account, due to having an old account with an old phone number and my current cell phone fails to respond to automated text messages.
I cannot log into the greendot app to open an account on either card or use the chat feature.
The customer service number is a joke, they send you to a number for a free walmart card instead of a helpline.
I will be contacting today the Better Business Bureau, The Attorney Generals Office.
FCC, FTC, and internet fraud, scams, every website I can find online, I can find for reviews to report the very rotten business practices of this so call banking /cash institute that you cannot contact after using a third party to sell these cards, you cannot access the money or talk with a legitimate customer service agent.

Suggested solution:

Contact me with a refund of my $80.00.
