My complaint:
hello my name is Christina bass and the reason for this complaint is because Green Dot Bank I’ve been on with this Bank since May 2019 and I have a VIP card that they take in charge me for $4.95 and also a regular debit card to pay to take money for me as well which is $7.95 now my concern is since I don’t use my VIP card why must they still continue take $4.95 for me number one and number two it was only supposed to be a one-time deal were they take the $4.95 from me, and $7.95 from me monthly payments. I’m on a fixed income and it’s the only income I get, so how can this be fixed?
also every time I go to an ATM machine to pull out money I’m being charged anywhere from $2 to $3 which is supposed to be free as well as any store that I go into they charge me anywhere from $0.30 to a dollar every time I use the machine at a liquor store . When in all reality Green Dot Bank says that it’s free ATM is free to withdraw money there’s no charge fees and when you use your Green Dot bank card at a store or anywhere it’s supposed to be no no charging to your card as well for extra cent’s.

I've been with Green Dot Bank since May of 2019 and when I signed up with the name David literally told me that I was going to be charged a one time fee of $4.95 and $7.95 but the $4.95 I do not use that card that's a VIP membership card I only use one debit card which is the one for $7.95
I would like green Dot Bankto fix the overcharging fees and return it back to me
