My complaint:

I have tried over and over again to register my card to my app. Whenever I log in it says to visit my account on greendot.com when I do so, I can see my deposited amount. I can not make any transaction with my money because of this and I also cannot use an ATM or anything. My money is virtually untouchable , literally.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I would like to cancel the account in total and have the money refunded to another account because I have lost a home due to not being able to reach the money for the security deposit. This was the only reason for purchasing the card to begin with.
