My complaint:

I deposited money into an account I opened with GoBank. They have sent me multiple cards that do not work. I’ve called and spoken with a live representative to have her walk me thru activating one of the cards. When that didn’t work she told me there’s nothing else she can do. She gave me an email address to report the issue. I’ve sent multiple emails to the address she gave me over 2 months ago and got no reply. In the mean time they are charging me 8 dollars a month for this account. They’ve also told me there in no other way to access my money. This has been going on for 3 months.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money.
