My complaint:

I am unable to access my online account because walmart money card online systems fails to send verification code to my email address which is iCloud. I have had Apple check my email and it seems to be walmart money card system I no longer have that phone number. I need to access my online account for the purpose of accessing my recent direct deposit. I need to update my update my address I have sent my current I’d with the new address but I do not have a bill in my name. I have my real bank statement that have been sent to my address and also mail from the irs. No one seems able to assist me and this is really getting frustrating. The online system states if you are not able to access online account to call which I did only to be told to go online.
