My complaint:
I’ve been with green dot since February of 2020 and every time I try to log in it says wrong card information, but the information I’m putting is what’s listed on the card. Not only is that a problem, I can’t even log into my account on the app without it saying “please enter valid card information” which I did provide. I don’t know if my account is suspended but, I received my tax refunds and first stimulus on this card, and I was expecting my second but I wouldn’t know because my account seems as if it never existed. It is also hard to talk to a representative, after 10-20 minutes of waiting the phone just hangs up.
Suggested solution:
Provide a reachable representative and answer to emails.
