Green Dot Bank complaint: Froze my account and won’t refund my money

My complaint:

In April 2020 my $1700 stimulus payment went onto a greendot card. A card I had not recieved yet. Call cs and explained i had nit recieved the card and asked to send me a new one. I was told that the account had been activated a d they had to freeze the account. They said i had to send them 2 form of id to them to prove it was me. After they receive the id I would get a check in the mail. I sent then the requested forms and waited 2 weeks..no check ive been going back and forth about this with them now for 5 months they keep telling me 2 weeks and still nothing comes..

Suggested solution:

Because of this issue and being out if work due to covid I was unable to pay bills a d now am havimg to suffer from not paying them.. I want my $1700 from my account sent to me as well as I want the damages they have caused to be takin care of as well.. Its costed my vehicle to go into repo since I couldnt make my payment.. Now its gonna cost me $1260 to keep my car or they are taking it.. Green dot. Should pay that due to their inability to return my money to me when they said it would be mailed and it wanst
