My complaint:
I set up a greendot account to direct deposit my unemployment. My direct deposit was successful however u was told I had to wait for my card to use the 6,003 dollars I have in there. Before my card even arrived I was blocked out of my account. How could my account be blocked when I haven’t even gotten the chance to use it.
Suggested solution:
Unblock my account so I can withdraw my funds from my greendot account.
