My complaint:

No one speaks English well enough to work in customer service. No comprehension of using a volume key or mouth piece to speak to where one can hear them.

Spoke to supervisor after waiting 2 days to receive a return call, because customer service was unable to help at all.

Become disconnected with supervisor, she did not bother to call back. Problems still remain.
